All orders are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
You will receive your digital product directly through:

- Customer account page (if you create an account)
There are no shipping fees, no carriers, and no physical tracking numbers.

Handling Time: 0–1 business days
Orders are typically processed instantly.
In rare cases (fraud screening or system verification), handling time may take up to 1 business day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery Time: 1–1 business days
Most digital products are delivered:
- Instantly after payment, or
- Within 1 hour depending on the product and payment verification
All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 1 business day.
4. How You Receive Your Digital Product
Once your payment is completed:
- Your digital key will be automatically generated or retrieved.
- You will receive an email from us containing:
- Your digital product key
- Redemption or installation instructions
- Order confirmation
- If you created a Fastsoftkeys account, the product may also appear in your My Account → Orders page.
If you do not receive your email within the expected time, we recommend:
- Checking your spam or junk folder
- Searching for “Fastsoftkeys” in your inbox
- Contacting us directly
5. Incorrect or Missing Email
If you entered the wrong email by mistake, or did not receive your product due to an email issue, contact us immediately.
We will resend your order once your identity is verified.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems receiving or activating your digital product, our support team is ready to assist you.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The email used for the purchase
- A description or screenshot of the issue
We respond within 0–1 business days.
7. No Physical Return Shipping
Since all items are digital:
- No physical items need to be shipped back
- No return shipping fees
- No restocking fees
