At Fastsoftkeys, we want every customer to receive a valid, working digital product.
Because all of our items are digital software keys, exchanges work differently than physical merchandise.
This policy explains when and how exchanges are offered.


1. Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • The digital key you received is invalid, defective, or not activating
  • You received the wrong product key
  • Activation errors can be confirmed with proof, such as a screenshot or error message
  • Your request is made within our 30-day exchange window

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a free replacement key for the same product.


2. Exchange Window

Fastsoftkeys accepts exchange requests for 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days, we cannot provide exchanges.


3. Free Exchanges

All exchanges are free, with:

  • No fees
  • No penalties
  • No restocking costs
  • No return shipping (products are digital only)

If the first replacement key does not work, we will provide another replacement or issue a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.


4. Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

We cannot offer an exchange if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • You changed your mind after receiving the key
  • The product is incompatible with your software or hardware
  • The key has already been successfully activated
  • The request is made after the 30-day window

Because digital keys are permanently delivered once revealed, non-defective items cannot be exchanged.


5. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at fastsoftkeys.com@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number, email, and the name of the product
  3. Provide a screenshot or error message showing the activation issue
  4. Our support team will respond within 0–1 business days

6. Exchange Processing Time

Once we verify the issue:

  • Replacement keys are usually delivered instantly
  • In manual cases, please allow up to 1 hour
  • Complex cases may take up to 1 business day

7. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We may deny an exchange request if:

  • A key was already activated
  • Multiple exchanges are requested for the same product
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

This ensures a safe and fair experience for all customers.
