1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Because we sell digital license keys and software products, returns work differently than physical goods.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • Your device is not compatible with the software
  • The key was already successfully activated
  • You attempt to return after the 30-day window

These limitations exist because digital keys are permanently delivered and cannot be returned once revealed.
